Welcome to Time 2 Fly Holidays. By booking with us or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. General Information
- Time 2 Fly Holidays (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a tour and travel agency providing holiday packages, hotel bookings, air ticketing, and related services.
- All services offered are subject to availability and acceptance by Time 2 Fly Holidays and its partners.
- These terms apply to all customers (“you” or “traveler”) using our services.
2. Booking Policy
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- You must provide accurate and complete information (name, contact details, passport, etc.) at the time of booking.
- Once confirmed, bookings cannot be transferred to another person without written approval from Time 2 Fly Holidays.
3. Payments
- Full payment must be made before the issuance of travel documents or confirmation vouchers.
- Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter).
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the policy of airlines, hotels, and service providers.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting service charges and non-refundable amounts.
- Time 2 Fly Holidays is not liable for delays in refunds caused by third-party suppliers
5. Amendments and Changes
- Any change to a confirmed booking (date, name, itinerary, etc.) will incur additional charges.
- All amendments are subject to availability and approval by suppliers.
- We are not responsible if requested changes cannot be accommodated.
6. Travel Documents
- You are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and other required documents.
- Time 2 Fly Holidays will not be responsible for denied boarding, deportation, or any loss due to incomplete documentation.
7. Responsibilities and Liability
- Time 2 Fly Holidays acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
- We do not own or operate any airline, hotel, or transport service.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party suppliers, weather, strikes, or acts of God.
- Travelers are advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.
8. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other potential risks.
9. Conduct and Behavior
- Travelers must follow all rules, laws, and regulations of the countries they visit.
- Time 2 Fly Holidays reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if the traveler’s behavior is disruptive, illegal, or harmful to others.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in INDIA.
