We deliver all booking confirmations and travel documents through one or more of the following methods:
- Email: E-tickets, invoices, and confirmation vouchers will be sent to your registered email address.
- WhatsApp or SMS: Essential updates or quick confirmations may be shared via WhatsApp or text message (upon request).
- In-Person Pickup: Customers may collect printed documents from our office during working hours (if applicable).
- Courier Service: Physical copies of travel documents can be sent via trusted courier partners upon request (additional charges may apply).
2. Delivery Timeline
- Domestic Bookings: Within 24–48 hours after full payment and confirmation.
- International Bookings: Within 48–72 hours after confirmation (depending on the supplier and visa requirements).
- For last-minute bookings or urgent requests, our team will expedite the process wherever possible.
3. E-Tickets and E-Vouchers
- Most airlines, hotels, and tour operators now issue electronic tickets and vouchers, which are valid and accepted globally.
- You must carry a printed or digital copy of these documents while traveling.
- Time 2 Fly Holidays will not be responsible for delays or missed services due to failure to present valid travel documents at check-in or immigration.
4. Incorrect Email or Address
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details (email, phone number, and address).
- Time 2 Fly Holidays will not be liable for non-delivery of documents caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
